Return & Refund Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange beyond this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain products are non-refundable, including:

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process
Once we receive and review your email, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
